Randy Peters serves as Regional Operations Manager for Lawn Squad of Columbus. He is passionate about fostering a culture centered on safety, quality, and service within his team. Drawing from his 36 years of experience in the green industry, he provides invaluable vision and direction to ensure their success. When he’s not building and developing his team, he loves to take a trip to Mexico and catch a Marlin.
Andy Persic serves as the Training Manager for Lawn Squad of Columbus, Andy started with the company in 2010 as a Lawn Technician and was promoted to Service Manager in 2018. Andy is committed to providing robust training to our technicians so that you have the best lawn on the block. He a proud father of six and grandfather of five, as well as a veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, and the 130th Engineer Brigade in Wildflecken, West Germany
Pat serves as an Account Manager for the Lawn Squad of Columbus. Pat joined the company in 2015 as a Lawn Technician and was promoted to Account Manager in 2022. Pat is very passionate about providing a lush, green, and weed free lawn and working hand in hand with clients as a trusted advisor. When he’s not working, you can find Pat in a national forest or state park.
