With more than 20 years of experience in the technology and engineering industries, Laura brings a strong passion for operations, leadership, and management to Lawn Squad.
A lifelong appreciation for beautiful outdoor spaces made the connection to Lawn Squad even more meaningful. Laura was drawn to the opportunity to build something meaningful for her family and her community. She understands how much a well-maintained lawn can add to a home and the everyday moments families enjoy—from children and pets playing outside to relaxing on the porch with a good book or a favorite drink. She is passionate about building a team that can help families create those experiences in their own yards.
Outside of work, Laura has been happily married to José Daniel for 16 years, and they have been together for 26 years. They are also proud parents to their 3-year-old son. Family, friends, and community are incredibly important to Laura, and she enjoys being actively involved and offering support whenever it is needed.
