Update: Although I don’t take anything back about their politeness and courteousness and information, the results are a bit different. Check out the pictures and tell me what YOU think. I’ve sent an inquiring email to them but did not get a response. The gentleman providing the treatment tried to blame me for not watering the lawn, but that can’t be true when a field, or an untreated yard across the street with weeds looks greener than my yard…as noted in the pics. I’ve already paid them in full up front, as I don’t like bills. They have all the money. Let’s see how I’m treated from here on out. I have not been negative with them and was hoping they could cure the issue. Haven’t heard a peep from them. Not a phone call or text…nothing. I’ll be back to update you! I guess I’ll get the regular treatments that I’ve paid for but I’m not sure. I’ll have a beautiful lawn when it’s all done? Hopefully, after this set back, they will fix things. I just wish they would communicate about it. I’ll keep you posted. I was charged for the year $492 bucks…and that’s with a 5% discount. Was I duped? I’m not sure.

Update as of today (Sept 2025–months later). I was told by another lawn specialist that the patches are a result of where the weeds died and that the grass would grow back. I was told I could seed the area for faster results. My lawn is looking better than before and coming along nicely. I’ll maintain their 5 stars.
