SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: Lawn Squad operates two SMS messaging programs for customers who have explicitly opted in via a web form checkbox on lawnsquad.com or any authorized Lawn Squad franchise website. Messages may be sent by the Lawn Squad franchisor or by your independently owned local Lawn Squad franchise location, operating under the Lawn Squad brand.

(a)  Non-Marketing / Account & Service Messages: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, service completion notices, and customer support communications sent to customers who have opted in to this program.

(b)  Marketing & Promotional Messages: Special offers, seasonal discounts, new service announcements, and promotional content sent to customers who have separately and explicitly opted in to this marketing program. Consent to marketing messages is independent of and not required for non-marketing service messages.

Opt-in is collected via a web form with a dedicated, unchecked checkbox for each message category. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in either SMS program.

1. Cancellation Instructions: You may cancel either SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. No further messages of that category will be sent unless you re-opt in. To rejoin, complete the opt-in form at lawnsquad.com or an authorized Lawn Squad franchise website.

1. Support: If you experience issues, reply HELP for more information, or contact us at info@lawnsquad.com or call 833-816-7508 during business hours. For issues specific to your local franchise, contact your local Lawn Squad location directly.

1. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1. Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service activity, appointment schedule, and opt-in category. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. Supported Carriers: Our SMS programs work with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

1. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS programs. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable state and federal laws, regarding the use of SMS communications. All Lawn Squad franchise locations participating in these SMS programs are required to comply with these terms.

This website (the ‘Site’) is owned and operated by Lawn Squad (‘Company,’ ‘we,’ or ‘us’). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific sections of the Site or services available through Lawn Squad or its franchise locations.

Accessing the Site in any manner constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Online Commerce

Certain sections of the Site allow you to purchase products or services. Lawn Squad is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect of products or services offered by third-party vendors. Your participation in any dealings with third parties is solely between you and that third party. Lawn Squad shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such dealings.

Registration & Passwords

To access certain Site features, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Termination
