Roger has deep roots in the community, which further drives his passion for serving his neighbors. Before stepping into the lawn care industry, Roger was the partner in a boat-building company, where he was involved in design, construction, and daily operations. He then transitioned into the plumbing industry, where he currently runs a specialized services company that caters to plumbing contractors, pest control companies, and retail customers. Roger has always focused on providing top-quality service, ensuring that every customer receives the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and respect.
His diverse background in manufacturing, management, and high-level service gives him a unique edge in making his Lawn Squad franchise a success, with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
