Brad was very polite professional. When I pointed out some trouble spots in the lawn, he put an order in to come back the next day to take care of it since he had limited amount of the right chemicals to apply. Very satisfied with his service.

I spoke with Brad this morning when he performed Round 2. He was interested in making sure that I was pleased with his service. He explained to me why I did not see any tire marks on the sides and back of the house after he finished Round 1 a month ago. It made total sense to me and it put my mind at easy that he knew where my property begins and ends. I also watched him complete Round 2 and he was very deliberate in the application of the treatment. I have never seen any other technician do this before in any of the companies that I have used over the past 25 years. Brad is a very good ambassador for Lawn Squad and I hope that he is always servicing my account.

Brad was great. He worked with me today while I was patching bare spots with grass seed. He hand spread fertilizer and held the other product for established grass, rather than plowing over my baby sprouts. I appreciated that. It's hard enough to get grass seed to grow. Thanks, Brad!

Brad was our tech. He was really on top of things. They were able to come out sooner than I expected, and he kept in contact with me, letting me know what he was doing, the entire time. I wasn’t at home and he reached out to me directly with any questions he had. He also gave me his Direct contact information if I had any follow up questions for him after he left. I was very pleased with his service and I am excited to be working with him moving forward this summer.

This is my 1st experience with a lawn service in decades. I always treated my lawn myself. Brad came out and explained what he would be doing to treat the yard. After his 1st visit there were some persistent weeds still there. I texted Brad and he came out a couple of days later and treated the whole lawn again. Super nice guy and super responsive. Will follow up later in the year to see how the lawn is doing.

This is my first experience with Lawn Squad and can only review what I know so far. I stopped using Trugreen in 2023. We have cameras all the way around our home. Trugreen was not treating the backyard even though I was paying for it. My wife noticed a Lawn Squad van and sent me a photo of the van. I called them and they were just over a $1000 cheaper. I didn’t feel very optimistic because why would they be that much cheaper? They are fertilizing, treating for weeds, and will be aerating. I warned the Sales Rep about the cameras and asked him to please tell his lawn specialist. On April 15, 2024 they did their first treatment. I have never had anyone else use an air blower to clean my patio and sidewalks when finished. I am adding a photo of Brad doing that for me. Overall we are very happy so far. I will update post as needed.

I was here when Brad came over the weekend . He listened to my concerns regarding my vegetables that will be growing and impacted in the future. Very friendly and considerate!
