Tom has great customer service skills. He explained the process for my lawn what slicing and seeding would accomplish. He instructed me on watering and to watch weather if rain is in the forecast no watering necessary. He said not to cut lower than two inches and it would probably only need to be cut once before winter. I may see early growing in Spring. I appreciated him taking the time to explain. Tom represented your company well. He told me Brent would be out in a week or two to check the progress. Thank you Tom!!

At Patrick’s suggestion, to help our distressed lawn Lawn Squad aerated and over seeded this week, which was great. What was a surprise was the next day, coming back from an errand, I found Patrick and another guy holding buckets of seed and filling in even more in the thin spots. I was only expecting the basic service, so this was going the extra step and I really appreciate it.

Eric provided my lawn service yesterday. He did a great job. We discussed the large area of dead grass in my back yard. He then took the time to research some of the things we had discussed and was able to determine a possible cause…grubs. This was addressed with a treatment application to get rid of the insects which hopefully will lead to a much improved back lawn. I really appreciated his work and feel fortunate that he was the technician who did yesterday’s work.

The owner David came out to my property for a full aeration for this upcoming season to plant grass. He was very diligent in his work and extremely helpful and informative to all the questions that I had for him to make my upcoming season successful and growing some new grass all while improving the overall health of my turf. I've combined lawn squad services with my former and current mosquito squad services and I've been extremely happy with all the services provided by this company that David and his wife run. I would highly recommend indulging business with these folks.

Patrick came to our house and listened to my concerns about our lawn. He asked some questions. i. e. How often do we water and/or mow. He gave me detailed explanations about the causes of our thinning grass, whitish patches in our otherwise healthy grass. He listened to my concerns and gave me some really good advice about what to do and what I don’t need to do. He also gave me some positive feedback on my efforts to maintain a healthy lawn. I appreciated that a lot.

My lawn is having some issues with burnout. I contacted Lawn Squad for some advice. Angelo came out within a couple of days and explained to me what is going on and how to remedy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our lawn tech Jesse is always fantastic. He takes his time and doesn't take short cuts even when it means reloading his rider over and over for our 2 acres. He even takes the time to blow off our concrete so no granuals are left behind for our puppy or kids to come in contact with and track into the house. 5 stars!

I spoke with Brad this morning when he performed Round 2. He was interested in making sure that I was pleased with his service. He explained to me why I did not see any tire marks on the sides and back of the house after he finished Round 1 a month ago. It made total sense to me and it put my mind at easy that he knew where my property begins and ends. I also watched him complete Round 2 and he was very deliberate in the application of the treatment. I have never seen any other technician do this before in any of the companies that I have used over the past 25 years. Brad is a very good ambassador for Lawn Squad and I hope that he is always servicing my account.

Brad was our tech. He was really on top of things. They were able to come out sooner than I expected, and he kept in contact with me, letting me know what he was doing, the entire time. I wasn’t at home and he reached out to me directly with any questions he had. He also gave me his Direct contact information if I had any follow up questions for him after he left. I was very pleased with his service and I am excited to be working with him moving forward this summer.

This is my 1st experience with a lawn service in decades. I always treated my lawn myself. Brad came out and explained what he would be doing to treat the yard. After his 1st visit there were some persistent weeds still there. I texted Brad and he came out a couple of days later and treated the whole lawn again. Super nice guy and super responsive. Will follow up later in the year to see how the lawn is doing.

Was courteous and did a good job

This is my first experience with Lawn Squad and can only review what I know so far. I stopped using Trugreen in 2023. We have cameras all the way around our home. Trugreen was not treating the backyard even though I was paying for it. My wife noticed a Lawn Squad van and sent me a photo of the van. I called them and they were just over a $1000 cheaper. I didn’t feel very optimistic because why would they be that much cheaper? They are fertilizing, treating for weeds, and will be aerating. I warned the Sales Rep about the cameras and asked him to please tell his lawn specialist. On April 15, 2024 they did their first treatment. I have never had anyone else use an air blower to clean my patio and sidewalks when finished. I am adding a photo of Brad doing that for me. Overall we are very happy so far. I will update post as needed.

I was here when Brad came over the weekend . He listened to my concerns regarding my vegetables that will be growing and impacted in the future. Very friendly and considerate!

Kory was very professional to deal with. He ran into an issue with my back lawn being too wet and muddy for his equipment and he informed me right away that some damage was done to the lawn and he did his very best to repair it. I appreciate him being upfront and honest, can’t wait to see how the yard turns out after a season of fertilizing!
